Short-Term Running Goals:

My short term running goal is to build up enough endurance to complete a competitive half-marathon as well as become healthier along the way.  I would also like to be able to drop my mile pace to under and seven minute mile and hold that pace for multiple miles.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I eventually would like to complete a full-marathon.

Started a marathon training program today.  It was a rough run but it was nice to finish it considering it was the first time I had attempted more than 2 miles in a while.  The first 2 miles went great but as soon as the third mile was started it was like hitting a wall.  Might have to work into the training program a little slower.
