| | Ran a slow 2 miles. First outside run in a while. The weather was very windy. |
| | 2.24 mi run this morning. 34 F outside with a light rain made the run fairly slow. I took a half mile just to get everything stretched out and warmed up.

| | Weather conditions were 38F and slight rain. Conditions made for a slower run. Finished 3.23 miles.

Started a marathon training program today. It was a rough run but it was nice to finish it considering it was the first time I had attempted more than 2 miles in a while. The first 2 miles went great but as soon as the third mile was started it was like hitting a wall. Might have to work into the training program a little slower.

| | Ran 1.5 miles this morning. I felt fine and was planning on getting in a quick 3 while it was a light rain. Half way through it became a downpour so I cut the run short. My average mile/min pace was 10'22".
